(Shorts) 3 x 12 Week Goals You Should Set & Track

So, as a network marketer, entrepreneur or home business owner… you should be setting goals every 90 days / 12 weeks.

(Now quite often you’ll hear me talk about both 90 day goals and 12 week goals. I tend to use the terms interchangeably, however just for clarity… 90 days is actually 12.85 weeks rather than 12.

So, I prefer to set 12 week goals rather than 90 day goals because you get to take a week off at the end!)

Now… there are 4 quarters in a year and in each quarter you have 13 weeks. That’s 12 weeks of hard focused work and 1 week off 🙂

  • Quarter 1 = January 1st – March 31st
  • Quarter 2 = April 1st – June 30th
  • Quarter 3 = July 1st – September 30th
  • Quarter 4 = October 1st – December 31st

Each quarterly goal should be aligned to hitting your 1 year goal which should then be aligned to your bigger vision.

Now your 90 day goals need to be achievable, and as a home business owner who’s building a business online there’s really 3 key areas you should be focused on growing.

  1. Building your audience of targeted prospects
  2. Generating qualified leads
  3. Enrolling more customers, team members of clients (Sales)

So, a really powerful goal I encourage my clients to set is that they aim to build their audience by an extra 500 targeted prospects.

They aim to generate 300 leads.

And enrol 10 new customers, clients or team members.

In the next 12 weeks / 90 days.

And this becomes achievable for most.

Then you just break it down to get your targets for the week and figure out your daily method of operation to make it happen.

Powerful!

So, what do you think? Is this something you feel you could achieve if you put your mind to it and had a strategy to make it happen?

Let me know your thoughts in the comments of this post 🙂
