(Shorts) My New Height Adjustable Desk

I’ve just finished setting up my new height adjustable desk… it’s awesome
I’m not sure why I didn’t get one sooner…
For quite a few years I’ve noticed my back aching more, my shoulders getting tighter and my legs getting stiffer and the more I sit down to work on my computer the worse it gets.
So, now… I can sit down for a while, then raise the height of the desk and stand up and move around more.
Plus if I wanted to I could get some kind of exercise equipment under the desk such as an exercise bike and put the miles in whilst working…
Haha…
That would be funny
But, in all seriousness… it’s really powerful.
There’s a ton of benefits to being able to stand up more, especially if you have a job where you are sedentary quite a lot.
Some of the benefits include:

- More productive
- Less back pain
- Lower risk of weight gain and obesity
- Help tone muscles and improve posture
- Improve mood and energy levels
- Lower the risk of heart disease
- Lower blood sugar levels
- And more…
So I’d definitely say this has been a great investment in my future and health.
And I recommend that if you have the ability to do so, that you might want to consider one too.
You could go with a fairly inexpensive desktop stand that raises your laptop higher… or you could go with a more expensive electric full desk like the one I’ve got…
Either way, your body will thank you for you it
